Adult groups are available three times a week depending on your needs and availability. Each program is led from start to finish by a coach who will serve as your guide and motivation throughout the hour. The session begins with soft tissue work and movement quality with an emphasis on active stretching and muscle activation. Then we hit the training floor for two strength/metabolic circuits incorporating multiplanar movements to ensure well-rounded development. Training sessions last <45 minutes and leave you feeling ready to take on the day.

The Baseball Performance Plan at ISP takes our sports performance training a step further by building individualized throwing plans based on a needs analysis for velocity development, or mechanical patterning.
Velocity Development and Mechanical Patterning programs take a completely individualized approach to throwing programs with the goal to enhance performance and reduce injuries.
1. Assess:
Athletic Movement : We identify key weaknesses in an athlete’s movement patterns and develop a plan to attack these areas.
Comprehensive Throwing Evaluation: We determine breakdowns in mechanical efficiency to determine the best plan possible for the athlete going forward.
2. Train:
Each athlete is provided a daily routine when it comes to their body, their arm, and their throwing plan.
The routine guides them through their pre-throwing arm care, rotational movement patterns, mechanical patterning throws, and finally their specific throwing program.
3. Develop:
Re-asses every month to determine training course corrections.
Middle School athlete groups are designed for young athletes
ages 8 years old through 14 and will give your young athlete a
leg up on the competition. Our emphasis is on teaching young
athletes the fundamentals of movements in a safe learning
environment.
High School athlete groups are designed for athletes ages 14-18 and made to enhance the performance of your young athlete in any venue they choose. We aim to help your high school athlete feel stronger, get faster, and more powerful than the competition. This program is 60-70 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of our program and is enhanced to suit the needs of maturing athletes.
Summer/Christmas break college athlete groups are designed for current or rising collegiate athletes preparing for their
upcoming school year. With the needs of higher-level athletes
in mind, the program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques as well as more intense regimens to ensure all
athletes are ready for their next competitive season. The
program is designed to the same specifications as our
professional athlete programs, they are 70+ minutes in length.

By doing so, our goal is to not only enhance performance, but more importantly help reduce the risk of injury.

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, as well as nutritional counseling.
